Cause of fault: abnormal fan of fan in operation
Malfunction analysis: the customer frequency converter is used on the water supply bureau of the water supply bureau, and the frequency converter is opened. As long as the fan is rotating, there will be abnormal emission, which can be identified as fan failure. Solution: replace the cooling fan. The test fan is normal for three phase 380V power supply, and it is found that there is obvious vibration in the operation of high speed wind turbine. After testing, it is possible to confirm that the design of the electric cabinet is relatively small, and the fan hot rubber pad and sealant in the fan are aging for a long time. There is no obvious vibration in the electric cabinet after the sealing anti vibration rubber pad is rejoined. Then the frequency converter works well.
