1, SIEMENS motor load causes of fever

(4) fan damage, deformation, loose, or not installed or installed, so that the motor ventilation cooling.
3, SIEMENS motor itself internal reasons
(1) the friction and heating of the rotor.
(2) the cage rotor of the induction motor is broken, or the winding rotor winding is broken. Motor output is insufficient and overheated.
(3) motor bearings overheating.
(4) the heat dissipation of the enclosure of the enclosed motor shell is too much, the heat dissipation area is reduced, or the plug of the protective type electric motor fan can cause the motor to be poor in ventilation and heat dissipation, and the temperature rise is too high.
(5) the installation and maintenance of motor, mistakenly triangle motor winding connection with Y connection, or mistakenly Y connection with the triangle.
(6) the winding phase, the turn to turn short circuit or the ground, causes the winding current to increase, the three-phase current is not balanced, causes the motor to overheat.
